Powerful Karma Cleansing Meditation

Now, at the end of the lunar cycle – it is especially good to do various purification practices – both for the body and for consciousness.
We share with you a very deep (despite seeming simplicity) meditation to clear karmic “baggage”. This practice was revealed to Olga Potemkina – Reiki master, author of the book “Reiki – a miracle of touch.” www.reiki.ee
It is good to practice this meditation in “courses,” that is, every day, a week, two … more 🙂 The effect will not take long. Firstly, you will feel that some subtle movement begins to occur around you – people from the past can come in a dream or meet suddenly in the city or even make calls. There may be, in general, strange dreams – this is normal – the effect of cleansing the deep layers of consciousness. and most importantly, you will feel much more warmth, freedom in your soul. Even (!) If, at first, the text of meditation does not turn into a sincere emotion of forgiveness. It is enough that you will pronounce the text to yourself and do the practice regularly.
So you will need
1. Somewhere 15-20 minutes of time when no one bothers you.
2. Turn off the phone. Ideally, it would take a shower and put on clean clothes. Well, if the room is twilight, you can light a candle.
3. Sit in a comfortable meditative pose on the floor. (If there are restrictions on the health of the joints – you can on the chair, but do not lean on the back!)
You can practice in the shavasana position – lying on the floor. But we must try not to fall asleep 🙂
Hands free. Eyes are closed.
4. If you are initiated into Reiki healers, then set the channel for healing karma.
5. We concentrate attention in the center of the head – in the center of the brain, let’s call this space The initial cavity of spirituality is the point between and behind the eyes in the center of the brain the size of a rice grain. It is located inside Sushumna – the central channel going from the perineum to the crown of the head. The location of the SDI coincides with the location of the ajna chakra, the so-called the third eye. This dot glows with a blue electric light. If you can’t see, imagine the luminous point, it’s enough to tell yourself and know that it is there.
We take a deep breath and, while exhaling slowly, simultaneously exhaling, lower the point of the initial cavity of spirituality down Sushumna to the level of the throat Vishudha chakra and stop the point in the center of Vishudha inside Sushumna. (in the center of the neck, “inside” the spine.)
We focus on this point in the vishudha chakra (throat), mentally increase the size of the blue glowing point to the size of a ball with a walnut, from which 6 rays emanate: three forward and three behind, back.
We shift our attention to the ray emanating forward and to the right. Say (you can say to yourself): “By the power of Light emanating from the center of my Universe, I atone for the suffering and harm that I have done to anyone, ever and anywhere by my actions, sincerely ask me to forgive and bring my heartfelt thanks.”
We shift our attention to the front central ray, pronounce: “By the power of the Light emanating from the center of my Universe, I atone for the suffering and harm that I have done to anyone, ever and anywhere with my words, sincerely ask me to forgive and bring my heartfelt thanks ”
We shift our attention to the ray emanating forward and to the left, say: “By the power of the Light emanating from the center of my Universe, I atone for the suffering and harm that I have done to someone, ever and anywhere with my thoughts, sincerely ask you to forgive and bring my heartfelt thanks. ”
We shift our attention to the ray coming back and to the right, say: “By the power of Light coming from the center of my Universe, I forgive everyone who, through my actions, made me suffer ever and elsewhere and bring them my sincere gratitude to them.”
We shift our attention to the middle back beam, say: “By the power of Light emanating from the center of my Universe, I forgive everyone who in my own words made me suffer ever and elsewhere and bring them my sincere gratitude from the heart.”
We turn our attention to the ray coming back and to the left, we say: “By the power of Light coming from the center of my Universe, I forgive everyone who, through my thoughts, made me suffer ever and elsewhere and bring them my sincere gratitude from the heart.”

Then, performing a slow breath, we transfer the point of the initial cavity of spirituality from the throat to its place up – to the center of the brain, to the point between and behind the eyes.
Open your eyes. Thank you and exit the Reiki Channel.
